"無法溝通"一直是最大的問題，如果今天來領藥的是外國人，以下提供一下隨口衛教的基本句型...

[說明藥物用途]

[藥物] is used together with other medicines to treat [疾病或症狀].

[服藥指示]

Take [藥物] exactly as directed by your doctor. Do not take more or less than instructed by your doctor.

[服藥時間]

[藥物] is best taken on an empty stomach 1 hour before or 2 hour after food. If you experience stomach discomfort when taking it on an empty stomach, you may take it with food. Take [藥物] at regular intervals as directed by your doctor. Do not skip any doses. Continue to take it even when you feel better.

[忘記服藥指示]

If you have forgotten to take this medication, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and return to your normal dosing schedule. DO NOT double a dose under any circumstances.

[副作用說明]
