為提升我們殘破不堪的醫用英文，這學期我們舉辦了"Pharmacotherapy Casebok"的導讀..

這本書共有155個病例，以最精簡的方式讓讀者評估有什麼藥物相關問題 (drug-related problem) 並設計治療計畫 (therapeutic plan)...

一學期下來，學了很多以前不知道怎麼表達的句子，今天的導讀內容，患者的主訴是:

"I feel like a truck ran over me"...我感覺被卡車撞到 (輾過)...

其中還有一些很簡單但是或許在寫病歷或是製作病例報告時會卡關的句子...

壓力大時會抽菸，偶而在社交場喝會喝點小酒 (卡關指數兩顆星)

"He smokes occasionally when really stressed or in a social setting; drinks alcohol in social a setting."

病患抱怨忽冷忽熱 (卡關指數四顆星)

"Patient complains of alternating between being too cold or sweating."

戴假牙 (卡關指數一顆星)

"wears dentures"

入院前12個小時因為食欲不佳，都沒有吃東西 (卡關指數兩顆星)

"He has not had anything to eat in the past 12 hours due to loss of appetite."
